Our shop strives to price our products as competitively as possible, though there are times our pricing may reflect factors beyond our control. Rest assured, though, that we will attempt to match or beat prices from other online and brick-and-mortar retailers. If you have a question on the price of a specific product, please message us and we will do our best to earn your business!
Shipping Policy
We work to keep our shipping costs low for both us and our valued customers.
To simplify these costs, we offer the following options:
- FREE SHIPPING for orders $150 and above
- Flat Rate $15 Shipping for all other orders
- $5 Local Delivery for Orders $60+, within 10 miles of the UCF main campus in Orlando, FL
- Free Local Pickup Option Available in the Oviedo, Florida, area.

Return Policy
Our shop has a standard 30-day return policy on all unopened items.
Items to be returned must be unopened and in the original manufacturer packaging in order to be eligible for a refund and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
New items are not eligible for return if opened.
Open or used items are not eligible for return, and all sales of these items are final.
